1. Definitions

In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

• Consumer: any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession who enters into a Distance Contract with the Company.
• Distance Contract: a contract concluded between the Consumer and the Company under an organised distance-sales scheme, whereby the parties are not simultaneously present in the same physical location up to and including the moment of conclusion of the contract.
• Durable Medium: any tool, including email, that enables a party to store information addressed personally to them in a way accessible for future reference, for a period adequate for the purposes the information serves, and that allows the unchanged reproduction of the stored information.

2. Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to every offer made by the Company and to every Distance Contract concluded between the Company and the Consumer. Before the Distance Contract is concluded, the text of these Terms shall be made available to the Consumer. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Our Offer

All products presented on our website are described as accurately as possible. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the Company. Each offer contains sufficient information so that it is clear to the Consumer what rights and obligations are attached to accepting the offer.

5. Order Process

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Upon receipt of your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided. The Distance Contract is formed at the moment you receive the order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a Distance Contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email to support@hangifyhome.com). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

8. Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Promotional offers are valid for the stated period or while stocks last.

9. Product Quality & Warranty

We warrant that the products conform to the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability, and the statutory provisions and/or government regulations in force at the date of conclusion of the contract. If a product is defective or does not match the description, please contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under applicable law.

10. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Unless otherwise agreed, the place of delivery is the address the Consumer has made known to the Company. Delivery shall take place within 30 business days of the order date, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If delivery is delayed, the Consumer shall be notified as soon as possible. If the agreed delivery period is exceeded, the Consumer has the right to cancel the contract without penalty and receive a full refund.

11. Payments

Payment is processed securely at the time of ordering. We accept payments via PayPal and other methods as displayed at checkout. You must ensure you have authorisation to use the chosen payment method. In the event of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend the order until full payment has been received.

12. Complaints & Customer Support

If you have a complaint about a product or our service, please contact us at support@hangifyhome.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days. If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you may submit the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts, subject to applicable consumer protection laws that may grant the Consumer the right to bring proceedings in their local jurisdiction.

14. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labour, or materials.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Nothing in these Terms shall affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
